Il Pollaio, famous for their chicken, is our choice for July’s Lunch with the Bunch. Located in North Beach, a gem that is popular with locals and the touristas.

The restaurant was opened in 1984 by Giuseppe Castellucci and is now run by his daughter Paula Castellucci
Bautista. Castellucci was from Calabria, Italy; his family moved to Argentina when he was 11, and they came to
California in 1980.
