Planning For Your Future Starts Now!
Hello!
I am thrilled to announce the Office of the Assessor-Recorder and Housing Economic Rights Advocates (HERA) have partnered to make estate plans free for low-income and at reduced cost of $400 for moderate-income households! Estate plans consist of four documents–a will, living trust, power of attorney, and healthcare directive. Usually estate plans costs between $3,000-$3,500! This is a major opportunity for households to plan for the future and ensure the next generation is safeguarded!
We are piloting this program in the southeastern sector of the city (i.e. Bayview, Portola, Outer Mission, etc) and our first opportunity to sign up will be on Tuesday, February 22nd at 5:00pm. Our special guest for the evening will be Board President Shamann Walton. Thank you to San Francisco Housing Development Corporation and the San Francisco African American Arts & Cultural District for helping us spread the word. Please sign into Zoom and we will see you on Tuesday!
Don’t miss out on ensuring your assets and wishes are preserved for the next generation!
