Wouldn't it be nice to use our time Sheltering in Place to make some tiny, easy and even fun changes to develop some new good habits and behaviors! Start thinking of a goal or habit you'd like to accomplish. Maybe you'd like to get in better shape? Or learn to meditate? Or manage your anxiety?
Ellen Khalifa, a Tiny Habits coach will guide this interactive workshop to help us take control and make positive change in our lives! Tiny Habits® is based on the methodology developed by BJ Fogg, a behavior scientist at Stanford University. This will be a 3-week workshop starting June 12.
