The discussion group is an opportunity to share and discuss things such as:

Stress Busters (also known as Ding Sum) has been serving seniors in San Francisco for over 30 years, reaching 900 people through monthly in person seminars. Until we can meet in person again, join us on Zoom to learn how Stress Busters five simple steps can help you handle stress, make better decisions and live a more positive life.
Speaker - Eileen Chan is a native San Franciscan, trained as an optometrist and married with three grown children. She has volunteered with Stress Busters since the organization was founded over 30 years ago.
