In this four part series, we will be going over the basics for maintaining physical health and well being. Our main focus areas will include cardio, strength, balance and mobility. These exercise routines can be done in the home or the gym, with minimal equipment required. Each exercise will come with options to make the experience more comfortable or challenging.
