Learn how to satisfy all your sweet tooth cravings by making some of your favorite foods in a healthy way, but without all the guilt! Best part, no baking needed! We'll get 4 delicious eats (sorbet, ice cream, coconut balls and chocolate mousse) in an hour, so feel free to take notes or make these foods with me!
Ingredients:
- Frozen fruit of choice (any berry, bananas, etc.,) 2-3 cups
- Coconut water or regular (3 cups)
- Fresh lime and/or lemon (1)
- plant based milk of choice and/or plant based cream of choice (coconut milk and cream are great!) 1 cup
- blackstrap molasses or coconut nectar (2-3 tablespoons)
- shredded coconut (1.5 cups)
- cacao nibs (few tablespoons)
- fresh mint leaves (few leaves)
- Nuts of choice or seed of choice (1 cup)
- cacao powder or carob powder (2 cups)
- pitted dates (7-10)
- avocado (1 whole)
- cinnamon
- Vanilla bean fresh (1) or vanilla extract (couple teaspoons)
- Coconut oil (4-5 tablespoons melted)
- sparkling water
