Donate from IRA
Another way you can help NEXT is through your IRA. If you are 70 1/2 years or older, you may be able to transfer up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to NEXT Village SF without having to pay federal income tax. Simply notify your IRA plan custodian of your intent to make a current transfer. It’s a win-win for you, NEXT, and the many that will be served as a result of your generosity.
Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) - Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).
A (QCD) allows you to donate up to $100,000 per year directly from your IRA to NEXT Village. This donation counts toward your RMD and is not included in your taxable income. Contact us for more information
